As of January 1^st, 2023, the creation of the new government entities will take effect throughout the Province of New Brunswick.

Until such time that existing municipal/provincial land-use plans and zoning by-laws/regulations have been repealed and/or replaced, they are still in effect. Please see below for those zoning by-laws and regulations that still apply to those communities within Municipality of Lakeland Ridges:
